Cancel Policy

The cancellation terms are different for each bus operator and are set by the bus operator itself. These terms are shown while booking as well as on the ticket printout/Email confirmation.

The cut-off time for canceling a bus ticket depends on either bus start time/boarding point time/bus origin start time. For example: If the bus is scheduled to start from Origin Place at 4 PM and scheduled to reach your en-route selected city at 8 PM and scheduled to reach your selected boarding point at 8:15 PM then the Bus Origin Start Time is 4 PM, Bus Start Time is 8 PM and Boarding Point Time is 8:15 PM.

Tickets booked online should be cancelled online only. will charge Rs.15 as a cancellation fee other than what the bus operator charges for every seat cancelled.

Cancellation charges are applicable on original fare but not on the discounted fare. The cancellation charges are deducted from the collected/discounted fare and the balance is refunded. [For example: If the original ticket fare is Rs.1000 and your discounted fare is Rs.900, the cancellation charges are calculated on the original fare. i.e., on Rs.1000. So if the cancellation charges are 10%, your refund amount would be Rs.900-100 - 15 = Rs.785.]

Some of the operators accept Partial Cancellation. Please go through the Cancellation Terms in the Ticket.

Service tax amount,Operator Service Charge amount and fillmybill Service Charge amount wont be refunded back to the customers.

If the customer cancels the bus booking, fillmybill will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount, and any other applicable bank and cancellation charges / penalty.

Refunds processed for cancelled tickets will be transferred to the passenger's bank account, debit / credit card.

Any refunds can happen within 3 to 7 working days.

Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another.

No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time).

Operator may cancel the ticket at any time.If the service was cancelled,Passenger will be getting full refund.

Ticket cancellation can either be requested online or by phone at +91 9716010804.

Partial cancellation is not allowed.

For example: If customer book 3 seats as x,y,z in one ticket then He/she are not allowed to cancel single seat that may be x or y or z. customer is only allowed to cancel total ticket associated with all seats

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on . In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number or DTH account number, operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number Fillmybill shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email. All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. Fillmybill is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number.
